Now, about those exceptions... Unfortunately, certain items like beauty products can't be returned. And yes, sale items are final - no returns or exchanges on those babies! Gift cards, however, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

But don't worry if you change your mind about an item - just return it and use the refund towards a new purchase!

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. And if there's any delay in processing your refund, we'll be on it like white on rice (or in this case, like within 15 business days).
